100 Island Village Julia

From the moment you see the front door you know it is a nice place. Beautiful entrance with lighting and a big door. Great communication from the host and owner. When you walk in you are greeted by a grand property with every amenity you could possibly imagine. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you could think of and you need to bring or buy nothing. Goodies and coffee were left in the fridge and the cupboards are stocked with simple herbs spices cooking oil pots pans dishes and cutlery plus a full size American fridge freezer. There are four great sized rooms including two en suites and a main bathroom and every room has its own air conditioning unit. The amazing outdoor terrace features a table and chairs a BBQ and sun loungers. It is partially covered so you can enjoy the shade during the day or step out into the sun. The location is brilliant close to shops and restaurants just a ten minute walk to bars across the main road and a few minutes further down to the Costa Adeje seafront. It is a thirty to thirty five minute scenic walk along the front to Las Americas for upscale bars restaurants and clubs. It is also close to Siam Park Aqualand and a five minute drive to Siam Mall which has a big HyperDino with an even larger SuperDino about ten minutes away by car plus local shops nearby for essentials. The swimming pool is a short walk through the villas and is currently open from 9 AM to 9 PM. Honestly we could not have asked for a better place as it is a true home away from home and the owner was amazing. Street parking can be tight but we always managed to squeeze in somewhere.

We should have rented a car as taxis hard to come by at certain times of the day.

Tutto! Casa grandissima eravamo 8 adulti e 1 bambino e gli spazi erano perfetti! Per non parlare della terrazza enorme con barbecue. La casa era in condizioni eccellenti, super pulitissima, con tutti i servizi necessari! Non mancava davvero nulla! Macchina del caffè, lavatrice, lavastoviglie,posate , bicchieri, piatti che bastavano per tutti, asciugamani, stendibiancheria,3 bagno di cui 2 erano nelle camere. In uno dei bagni c’é sia la doccia che una vasca idromassaggio. Ad accoglierci é stata Gal, simpaticissima e gentilissima, ci ha mostrato la casa spiegandoci tutto nei dettagli e si è resa disponibile qualora ne avessimo avuto bisogno, é stata anche molto gentile nel consigliarci supermercati e ristoranti! ci ha mostrato anche la piscina che non è in villa, ma comunque è ad 1 minuto a piedi dalla struttura !Ci ha anche scritto durante il soggiorno per sapere se é andava tutto bene! Insomma esperienza perfetta, lo consiglio se viaggiate in tante persone! Come riportato la cauzione viene restituita 5 giorni dopo aver lasciato casa!

Large, open spaces; spotless; well equipped with modern appliances; host and contact were perfect.. just right. Location spot on too. Walking distance to some decent eateries and less than 5-10 mins drive to main venue and best local beach (Duque)

Not a problem, but parking was on street…always a place available though. Mattress a little hard for my liking, but that’s just me!
