Amazing 5-bedroom villa in Costa Adeje

Outside space was exceptionally nice and well fitted out. Pool had a strange lining that was rippled.

Poor or very little hot water for showers, inside furnishings were all pretty uncomfortable and need updating.

Lovely villa in good location, near shopping centre with Mercadona supermarket and not too far from beaches, restaurants, bars etc. It is an uphill walk on the way back which can be a bit strenuous if pushing a buggy, however it only takes about 20 mins. The villa was spotlessly clean & had everything you need. Having an ensuite in every room is a real bonus. Really appreciated store cupboard items like oil, salt/pepper etc & was very thankful for the provision of lots of pool towels. Pool area is really nice, lots of outdoor comfortable furniture. Lovely outdoor kitchen with BBQ. The villa is very nicely decorated and most things seem new. Felt very safe in the villa & I would recommend it for a group looking for a nice relaxing place getaway.

We had a super holiday in the villa but there were a few aspects worth mentioning. If you require a cot & high chair, there is an extra charge of €50 and the high chair does not have a table, most properties provide these items for free. Also if you want the pool to be heated (which we definitely needed) it is an extra €150 p.w. While I know it takes a lot of electricity to heat a pool, we felt this charge was a bit excessive. Both these charges are collected in cash but we were aware of this in advance. Guests should be aware that the layout of 2 of the downstairs bedrooms could be inconvenient as you have to go through one bedroom to get to another. This was ok for us as the 2nd bedroom was used for 2 small children. However if the bedrooms were being occupied by adults it wouldn't be ideal. Also that 2nd bedroom has a roof window which has no blind on it. We had no hot water on our 2nd day & although we were told someone would be there to sort the problem at about 1.30pm, nobody came until 6.30pm and that was only after I contacted them again. This was very inconvenient as none of our party of 10 was able to shower as we had a dinner reservation at 6pm (to accommodate the children). However, we had no issues with the water after that. The pool area is very well equipped, but the tiles can be very slippery when wet, especially for young children (our little ones had several falls). There is no door between the living room and the downstairs bedrooms which is not ideal if someone wants to retire early. There are 2 dishwashers in the property, the outside one wasn't working at all and the inside one needs to have the trays replaced as they are in poor repair.

If I had to say one thing Pillows were a little soft for my liking but that’s a preference

Could walk to Fañabe in 15 mins. Had everything we needed.

Upstairs showers kept running cold when everyone getting ready to go out.
