LUXURY VILLA NAUTILUS Heated pool

Location, villa and pool totally amazing. Pool and beach toys provided. Well equipped kitchen. Most things worked Comfy beds Close to shops etc Definately need a car Few problems reported with excellent response from the office but not so good from the local catetaker

We had an amazing holiday and the neglected state of the villa didn't spoil our holiday but just to be aware these are some of our findings... This is an amazing villa but absolutely filthy. It had not been cleaned for a while and looked neglected. No jacuzzi or sauna Not all the bedrooms made up Fag ends, drinks cans and beer bottles littered the outside areas Bathroom door handle broken and child was locked in- reported but no one came to fix it as promised. Dirty stuff and maggots in the kitchen Used razors and pubic hair in the shower. On return raised a complaint with the head office who refunded the cleaning fee with no argument. This was a positive outcome. Despite all the issues if I could be assured of a clean villa with use of all facilities included that we paid for I would return.

I absolutely loved the property and wasn’t in to bad of a location the staff were amazing a little bit of a language barrier but that’s understandable, the only bad thing I can say is only 1 key and there wasn’t any actual cleaning supplies so if we made a mess we had to go to the closest supermarket to get bin bags, sprays, toilet roll, etc….. Other than that I don’t have a single bad thing to say about this place I went there for my 21st and was abit sceptical about staying in a villa but this has completely changed my mind and will defo be staying in one again 5 star*****

One of the best Villa where I had chance to stay, the must is the exterior with the big pool and lot of space to relax and have fun, big kitchen very well equipped, rooms very spacious, customercare very professional..will be back for more days surely

I booked this villa for one reason only, it was a romantic event for a wedding proposal, perfect choice! The fantastic scenery, from the outside with a large pool to the inside with large spaces and a wellness area with sauna included. Wonderful everything, thank you very much to all the staff!
