About this villa rental
The "Neveda" villa in Tenerife is a luxurious accommodation in a quiet and very popular location, perfect for an exclusive and relaxing stay. With 4 bedrooms, it offers plenty of space for groups or families. The villa features 4 bathrooms with showers and 3 separate toilets to provide guests with maximum comfort. The villa also features a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, and two spacious terraces with a private pool and ocean views.
The Accommodation
The accommodations are located in a two-story townhouse. On the lower floor are the open-concept kitchen, the living room with two sofas and a TV, two bedrooms, a guest restroom, and access to the lower terrace with a dining table, lounge area, grill, lounge chairs, and a private pool. There is also an additional room on the lower floor with a washer and dryer.
On the upper floor, there are two additional bedrooms with ocean views, a small office, and another terrace with a seating area where you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets in Tenerife.
All four bedrooms are furnished with king-size beds (180 cm x 200 cm). In addition, each bedroom has its own shower. Two bedrooms also have a private toilet, and a third toilet is located on the lower floor, which also serves as a guest bathroom.
All four bedrooms and the living room are also equipped with air conditioning.
The pool is heated to 28 degrees during the colder months, while in the summer the water temperature can rise above 30 degrees even without heating.
Guest Access
As already described in detail, guests have exclusive use of the entire villa. The entrance is directly across the street. Cars can be parked on the street in front of the house.
Additional Important Information
The villa is secluded from the main tourist areas, yet is still very centrally located. The airport is about a 25-minute drive away. Shopping options such as supermarkets, shopping centers, the Costa Adeje golf course (18-hole and 9-hole courses), and sports facilities are all within a 5-minute drive.
The “former” fishing village of La Caleta is also less than a 5-minute drive away or can be reached by a leisurely walk. La Caleta boasts a wide selection of cozy cafés and excellent restaurants. Whether you’re in the mood for traditional Spanish tapas, fish and seafood, meat, Asian, or Italian cuisine, this beautiful bay offers a wide variety of culinary experiences.
For sports enthusiasts, T3 (Top Training Tenerife) is just a few minutes away on foot or by car. Whether it’s swimming in the Olympic-size pool, fitness, tennis, padel, or many other sports, T3 is very popular with both amateur and professional athletes.
I would recommend renting a car to explore and get to know the beautiful and diverse island of Tenerife.

We had a wonderful time at this villa, it had everything we needed for a fantastic stay.It's a very spacious villa which helped travelling with older kids as we all had our own space. The pool was a great size too which was something I was having difficulty finding.Markus was an excellent host and was very responsive to our queries and went above and beyond to help us out! We would absolutely book this villa again .

We had the most incredible stay at Villa Neveda! The facilities are second to none and the views are just stunning. The location is great for trip out to the local areas and lots of restaurants are within walking (or easy taxi) distance. The standard of everything in the Villa is incredible and there really wasn’t anything we could fault. We absolutely cannot wait to return.

Booked last minute for a week in October for myself and husband. Markus was very helpful and quick to respond. The villa was perfect for us. The heated pool always a pleasant temperature and the views from the sofa on the upstairs balcony great for morning tea and pre-dinner drinks. The master bedroom is very spacious with plenty of storage and the mountain view enjoyed from the shower is beautiful.Markus had ensured that the villa was very well stocked and this was much appreciated- we wanted for nothing and had to buy very little as all the essentials were there already.There were some lovely touches - fresh flowers, fresh fruit bowl, bottles of wines, water and beer etcThe kitchen was very well equipped and the lounge area very comfortable. Both enjoy the same great views but with a choice of comfortable outside seating, we mainly chose to enjoy those views from outdoors. The villa location, 20/25 mins from the airport was perfect and peaceful. We rented a car to enjoy the area, but with La Caleta less than 5 minutes drive, it was so easy. La Caleta is a gem, charming with lots of great restaurants, most with sea views. The contrast of busier Costa Adeje is a short drive away and affords a different experience.Markus’ suggestions for beaches and restaurants matched what we were looking for and ensured we had a great week. I’m sure we shall return.

We had a lovely stay in the villa. Markus was a super helpful host. The villa was immaculate when we arrived and the little details like fresh flowers and cold drinks in the fridge on arrival were very welcome. The villa was well equipped and the beds very comfortable! Well located for the lovely restaurants of La Caleta.
