Great location on the pine walk, fantastic views from the balcony.
Property managers Homerti- were functional but not particularly welcoming.

great waterfront location close to restaurants
no bbq, small bedrooms, given the price a welcome basket with a few things like tea/coffee/milk a local map, a local bottle of wine etc would have been appreciated and useful. basically the place was absolutely bare except for a hotel cake of soap.

The location on pinewalk
The owner hasn’t invested in this property since the 1980’s When you enter the profits like visiting your grannies home. The cups and glasses were old fashioned and the cupboards filled with random bowls and dishes that could had been bought from a Flea market. The walls decorated with random pictures and the furniture old, dirty and very tatty. If the owner can rent this out based on the location and spend minimum on making it nice then good luck to him
