Value for money not enough

The guy working at the pool bar was very friendly, the location is good and the pool area is very clean. There is also a big parking for cars. The design of the complex is very nice and modern.

There was no WiFi in the rooms, only in the pool area. The bathroom was not cleaned very well - you could see hairs in the shower, toothpaste in the sink etc. There is not enough space to store your clothes or belongings if you are staying for more than 2-3 days. There is a requirement to buy food or drinks if you want to use the sunbeds by the pool or by the beach. As a hotel guest i suppose that the price is included in the hotel stay and that i am not obliged to order anything. This way I see no difference that I pay 100 euros per night and am a hotel guest and i pay 50 euros for an apartment not in this complex and visit the pool. And everybody orders by the pool/beach anyway.

The hotel's Wi-Fi did not work in our room from the moment we checked in. We reported the issue, but no one addressed it. Our booking reservation mentioned that breakfast would be available for €8 per person, but we were told that breakfast was not being served at all, even for a fee.

Great place! The host and the personel were amaizing.

Due to the fact that the season didn't properlly start yet, the restaurant didn't offer big variety of food. Further, there were only small bottled beers.

Amazing Stay, Exactly as Pictured!

Our stay at this apartment was absolutely wonderful! The apartment was just as shown in the pictures — beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. The location was perfect, and the hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful. We felt very welcomed and taken care of throughout our stay. We are extremely satisfied with our experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay. We can't wait to return!

Wonderful place for a quiet vacation. Located just outside of the Paralia town with a beautiful beach and service with cold drinks and food. You can walk to the Paralia town for a 3/4 minute and come beck for a quiet evening.

Great experience.

We had a room with see view and a balcony. The property was very close to the beach where there were comfy chairs and umbrellas to keep you out of the sun - wonderfully kept and clean sandy beach. There was also a new pool at the bottom of the stair.

We actually liked not being in the center of the village. The village with many Tavernas were 5-7 min walks.

Greek Paradise

Wonderful hotel, new, clean, nice staff, towels are so soft! The owner is there everyday, provide everything what is needed and very fast. Never had to ask twice. The room has own private backyard, 1 second to the sea. Nice swimming pool area, free sunbeds with umberellas near the sea for hotel visitors. Hotel is located on a little distance from the Paralia, but in 5 min walk via lighted road. THE BEST PlACE for seaside vacation!

Reasonably priced, relaxed accomodation with design sense but let down somewhat by build quality

Quiet spot with hugh beach just across the road. Friendly and attentive staff. Great relaxed feel to the place and a clear sense of style throughout. Weather wasn't great during our stay so between that and feeling unwell we didn't get much use of the pool area but it looked great!

Musty smell in WC/shower room so had to leave the fan on most of the time. Shower didn't drain quickly so a blockage there might be a cause... Room was fine for 2 nights but we ended up spending a lot of time in it due to gastro illness (nothing to do with the hotel) so its limitations in size and build quality became more apparent. Poor sound proofing, AC didn't work initially due to faulty connection ( sorted immediately by the manager when reported) and the light fitting was poorly installed - all of this lowered the sense of quality that the design clearly aims for.

View, view, view and amenities!

Where do I start? Everything was awesome. Obviously the location is magical. Waking up to this beautiful view is what we got there for. The property in general is new and all amenities are great... especially the pool! Rooms specious and staff friendly and helpful. Exactly opposite the hotel is a bus station that takes you to Katerini and just a 10 minute walk gets you to the center of Paralia...what else to ask to have a perfect holiday? Definitely going again!

It is a beautiful, modern and clean hotel, in a beautiful area by the sea!!

Perfect location! Spectacular sea view!! Beautiful dining-room and pool area! There was a security guard at nights!!! Very polite personnel!

The bed mattress was a little hard for me (just personal opinion). Also, some things were expensive enough (room and coffee). The area of parking needs a light, it was too dark.

Die Lage ist super! Poollandschaft ist auch sehr schön. Parkplatz direkt von Tür. Alles in Allem sauber. Personal und Chef sehr nett.

Keine Seife! Nicht mal für die Hände. Getränke (4,50 € für eine Dose Seven Up) zu teuer meiner Meinung nach. Zimmer und Bad sehr klein. Für 99 Euro die Nacht, passt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht. Keine Kochnische. Keine Couch. Es fehlt der Hotel- oder Resort-Charakter.

Ci siamo sentiti bene e coccolati dal padrone di casa.

La struttura è "fuori" dal paese, a 5 minuti a piedi, lontana dal rumore del paese e utile per fare passeggiate. Silenziosa e moderna, piccola ma ha tutto ciò che serve, una piscina bellissima e una spiaggia bellissima. Progettata e arredata con gusto, moderna. Noi abbiamo avuto la camera direttamente sull'alba sul mare. Parcheggio interno. Il proprietario ci ha anche indicato dei posti per mangiare ed è stato simpaticissimo e disponibile. Torneremo.

Piscină super aglomerată deoarece nu era doar pentru clienții cazați se aglomera cu clienți localnici greci.Camerele foarte aproape de piscină unde era difuzată muzica toată ziua . De la ora 9 până la ora 20 practic era imposibil să te odihnești.
