Lodging was clean, comfortable and stocked with all the general necessities. Very private location, with a nice screened in wrap around porch. WIFI was strong and the upstairs bedroom has a nice desk.
Trash removal could have been more clear. The grounds are not groomed and are in harmony with nature. That did not matter for us, but it may be an issue if you had kids that want to play in the yard.
