Very quiet and peaceful home located 1.5 miles from the town that has everything from a beach to fishing and restaurants

No AC which was still ok for us because it was not as hot as previous days but it seems like it could get really hot

Quaint cabin in the Adirondacks. Homey and good to have kitchen facilities since limited dining in the area.

Be aware: no cell phone reception! You will not be able to receive calls or texts, but there is Wi-Fi. This is important to know if family is trying to call you!

I liked the cabin very much, wish we could have had the loft as well.Cabin was very nice, pleasant and met our needs well.Enjoyed the gas stove, Grill and fire pit. Great location to Town, shopping. We actually visited Fort Ticonderoga which was a short 34 minute drive. Good value for the stay, not crazy about the cleaning charge of $147.00 as I always leave the establishment cleaner than when I arrive. Thought it was pricey for what we got the cabin for. Also, you need to get rid of garbage on your own. Would have liked a local number to be provided for municipal refuse center.

The biggest complaint was that the beds though nice and roomy, were rock hard. We all had difficulty sleeping on them, as it was like sleeping on a board. Please purchase new mattresses which are softer:). I wish it had more chairs outside, to sit on the deck and fire pit, had our children with us, glad we brought fold up camp chairs.
