Nulla è come descritto belle foto pubblicizzate. Mobili vecchi ammassati dalle scale fino all'ingresso dell'appartamento. Trovato water sporco,resti di provviste di cibo precedente, lenzuola sintetiche e coperte lise. Non ho sostato neanche per una notte. Non merita neanche di essere menzionato. Altro che FAVOLOSO come scrive Booking. Voto meno di sottozero.

Zentral gelegene Wohnung im Obergeschoss in einem Wohnviertel

Carlo, der die Schlüssel übergibt und auch in dem Haus wohnt war sehr freundlich und überaus hilfsbereit, zudem sprach er perfekt Deutsch, was für uns sehr angenehm war. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral, nur ein paar Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Der Strand ist auch gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Jetzt gibt es eine Kaffeemaschine- danke Carlo- und in der Wohnung ist ein großer Kühlschrank mit separatem Gefrierteil. Sestri Levante ist ein kleines quirliges Städtchen und man hat vor Ort viele Möglichkeiten zu bummeln und zu genießen, aber auch gute Bahnanbindungen sowohl nach Norden wie auch Süden.

Die Wohnung liegt im Dachgeschoss und man muss sich auf 50 Stufen einstellen. Wir haben in der Wohnung nur gefrühstückt, daher aber darauf verzichtet morgens mal eben Brötchen zu holen. Die beiden Sessel in der Wohnung sind nicht ganz so bequem und erscheinen erneuerungsbedürftig. In der Nebenstraße gibt es Parkplätze - weiße Abtrennung- sind immer schnell belegt, ggf. muss man dann etwas weiter suchen.
