The location was excellent and incredibly convenient! Being so centrally situated in Namur made exploring the city on foot an absolute breeze. Everything was within easy reach. It was just a short, pleasant walk to the train station (a huge plus for arrivals/departures!), the beautiful city centre with its shops and restaurants, and all the main historical sights like the Citadel and the River Meuse for a stroll. It genuinely enhanced our stay, as we spent less time travelling and more time enjoying Namur. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone who values a perfectly placed base for sightseeing!
Can’t think of anything to fault. It is a very quick and simple to check in (no staff to deal with) and the communication was excellent making sure it was clear with code of door and key. Just spot on.

Bed was relatively comfy, nice shower, balcony
Common kitchen was not very clean, zero spoons, few forks and no sharp knives. Dishwasher was never run so I had to clean the cutlery I wanted.

Clean bathroom, nice bed.
I had the room with a balcony. Air condition unit was on the wall, and to much noise all along. Not close to city center.
No elevator, narrow stairs.
