The location was excellent and incredibly convenient! Being so centrally situated in Namur made exploring the city on foot an absolute breeze. Everything was within easy reach. It was just a short, pleasant walk to the train station (a huge plus for arrivals/departures!), the beautiful city centre with its shops and restaurants, and all the main historical sights like the Citadel and the River Meuse for a stroll. It genuinely enhanced our stay, as we spent less time travelling and more time enjoying Namur. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone who values a perfectly placed base for sightseeing!

Can’t think of anything to fault. It is a very quick and simple to check in (no staff to deal with) and the communication was excellent making sure it was clear with code of door and key. Just spot on.

Bed was relatively comfy, nice shower, balcony

Common kitchen was not very clean, zero spoons, few forks and no sharp knives. Dishwasher was never run so I had to clean the cutlery I wanted.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and looked nice, cosy and the feature wall was cool. The location was very good, we found parking easily (on street parking, not free).

The shared kitchen looked good from a distance but when you look closely it was a bit gross. The fridge was dirty and smelly. The boxes to keep your food in were not clean at all, condensation water poured off of it when we took it out. There was a puddle on the floor due to an actively dripping leak in the ceiling. There were patches of damp in the walls of the bedroom. There was a strong unpleasant smell of drains in the bedroom and bathroom.
