Perfect clean, friendly stay.

This is a lovely place, just where I wanted a little south of Brussels. The house has been beautifully remodelled with stylish modern fittings. The garden is delightful. Exceptionally friendly and helpful reception, I was able to use the fridge and microwave in the evening. The breakfast was delicious and with very pleasant conversation also with the other guest(s). Convenient parking in front off the road.

Lovely and quiet B&B, great host, near Waterloo

Lovely B&B in a quiet, but easily accessible location near Waterloo. From the room we could see the fields around, very peaceful. The house overall is nicely decorated and the room has all the necessary elements. Celeste is an exceptional host, very welcoming and attentive. We decided to take the continental breakfast and it was great.

Marvellous Waterloo gem.

Very well presented. Well designed and wonderful gardens. Host is friendly, knowledgeable and happy to share her local knowledge. Close enough to drive to all local historical attractions and eateries.

Very clean and modern room. There were clean towels, coffee/tea machine, and tv with Netflix.. The hosts are a very friendly young couple.

well located on the road from Leuven to Waterloo, Beautiful, new building with solar electricity. Big private parking with charging point for electric vehicles. Nice and clean room, beautiful view over the fields. Big garden with terrace for the long summer evenings. Excellent breakfast served by the friendly hostess. "Alles bestens" as the Germans would say ...

Be careful when entering the property from the road, the entrance should be adapted by the local road authorities.

Great place for a quick escape from Brussels for the weekend

The location was great and easy to get to for a quick escape from Brussels for the weekend. Very close to La Forêt de Soignes and the Groenendael arboretum. The place was also very cozy and clean, the host was very nice, and the breakfast was great.

A very nice place with a welcoming host, very comfortable as long as you stick to the standard rooms

as the 2 previous times, very friendly reception, good breakfast, easily accessible, easy parking

Since I was this time with my spouse, I booked the bigger (and more expensive) room and that ended up to be a disappointment. Whereas the other rooms have a small but comfortable bathroom, this room, although bigger, hat a washing table in the bedroom. Much more annoying was the shower with the door installed just outside the shower. As a result, every drop of water running down from that door runs under it straight int the room causing a flooding effect. It is not even possible to put a towel on the floor since it is pushed away when you open the door to enter the shower. It is a small design failure but with very annoying consequences.

Fascinating and friendly B&B!

Wonderful purpose built B&B....so good it is like a fabulous 4 bedroom hotel with lots of fascinating and individual little touches. Celeste is the perfect hostess. We could not fault anything, and we will be back!

Amazing stay, great host, great food, quiet & nice place.

Excellent stay, full marks to Céleste, the owner of this place. We extended for 2 more days after initially booking only for 1 night. This place is in the middle of a farm on the country side but not too far from Brussels. Céleste is a very courteous host who treats you like a family. It was one of my most memorable stay after a long time. The breakfast comes from farm fresh eggs & vegetables. The rooms a very clean & quiet, Its almost spiritual. Thanks to Céleste & wishing her the very best.

J’ai tout adoré. La taille humaine. 4 chambres seulement. La qualité de l’accueil, la beauté et le goût de la décoration, l’utilisation de beaux matériaux naturels, le confort très moderne de la chambre digne d’un cinq étoiles. J’ai aussi apprécié les espaces communs, la vue sur un beau jardin sauvage et l’abondance du petit déjeuner.

Heerlijke oase van rust op mooie plek in Belgie

Prachtige recent verbouwde boerderij tussen de graanlanderijen. Celeste is een hele aardige gastvrouw, ze sprak heel goed Nederlands en had goede tips voor bezoeken in de omgeving. Leuk contact ook met de andere gasten. Heerlijk ontbijt en prachtige kamers in deze B&B. Ik beveel het iedereen aan!
