Family friendly spot with bedroom views that can not be beat!!!!

Tom was always available for any questions or needs that we had. Location has the best of a cove, where you can kayak, and a beach -within walking distance.

Very peaceful and relaxing vacation with great view of the bay. Tom was a very attentive host and reached out frequently to make sure nothing was needed.

Nothing fancy, very adequate for me and my husband. Best surprise - beautiful deck overlooking salt water pond. Kayaking on the pond was very cool. Worst surprise was the size of the bed - full-size pushed up against a wall with sloping ceiling beginning about 2' above level of mattress. The window A/C unit worked its heart out and with strategically placed fans cooled off the entire place.

Between the two of us we’ve been on beach vacations home and abroad. This place is a new favorite. The free kayaking truly delivered - the wildlife was active, it was quiet and restful, and it was available on the property. The view was incredible - tranquil water, greenery as far as the eye could see. And yet, we were close walking distance to a lot of action - restaurants, shops, and the state beach is literally a 5 minute walk where the people watching was prime as was the ocean swimming. Grocery/pharmacy stores were close by, and the apartment was cozy with a breeze rolling through. All new small appliances, bed, and the furniture was comfortable. So, non-stop action during the day, hard sleep at night. Amazing vacation spot. Totally created a new happy place for me to go to.
