I live on the property in a separate attached home but prioritize your privacy. The cottage and our home do not share any walls, ensuring your stay is completely private and uninterrupted.
Pet on Premises: Barbara has a medium-sized dog who is visible but stays in our separate yard.
I do allow well behaved dogs. However, there is an additional fee and preapproval is required.
Please remember that you're staying in my home, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

Upon arrival my husband said “Wow , we are staying here. This is beautiful.” We got of our truck and heard a dog barking inside the front of the house. I was worried we were at the wrong house. We walked toward the front back portion of the and the door was open snd we walked in. This was the cottage that was in the VRBO picture and there was a binder on the table with all information needed for the area. The home is so clean and welcoming. We were traveling with our 2 golden retrievers who took some time to get used their new surroundings but felt like home soon after. We did not use the upstairs accommodations but there is plenty of room for a family. We met the owner, Barbara shortly after our arrival. She is very nice and very accommodating. Her master garden skills are clearly shown off by the beautiful trees and flowers on the property. We found everything we needed was there for our use including beach chairs, beach bag and I even think a cooler. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a short or longer visit to Westerly Beaches you consider this beautiful property. You won’t be disappointed. We will be planning our return in the near future. Thank you Barbara for sharing your home and cottage with us and our pups. We had a wonderful stay.
