5 stars all-around, except for communication with the host, which I would give 10 stars if the rating allowed. The condo is an efficiency apartment with all of the essentials. Don’t plan to cook big meals there, but the kitchenette is perfect for making breakfast and throwing together lunch and snacks. Although you can walk to the beach, if you’re planning on taking chairs, umbrellas, coolers, etc., it is better to drive and either pay for parking or drop stuff off, take the car back to the condo, and walk to the beach without a heavy load. The beach pass alone made this condo worth the price! But the excellent communication with the host and having my expectations met is what would make me return. Thank you for an excellent stay, Liang!

Clean, comfortable, perfect location for a short walk to the beach and small shops and restaurants, great parking, no stairs to carry up your luggage. A perfect studio condo for one or two people at a great price. Host was always available and checking for any questions.
