About this house rental
The house is located one block from the private Misquamicut Fire District beach! Two walk on passes are provided for access to the private beach.
The house has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths(full bathroom in living area and one half bath in garage), outside shower, and sleeps six (one queen size bed, two twin size beds, one queen size futon and one full size pull out couch in the living room).
New flooring and brand new appliances in the kitchen. Gas grill, WiFi and cable are provided. A total of four vehicles are allowed in the driveway.

This cottage was simply lovely. It was clean and comfortable. The deck seemed even bigger than the pictures showed with comfy outdoor furniture. We had everything we needed. It was very clean and a short distance to the beach. The mini-split AC system made for excellent sleeping. We brought bikes and used them both to get to the beach and also explore the area. (Though the walk to the beach was quick and easy too!) Sarah answered any questions we had immediately. We loved our stay!
