Newly remodeled cottage located in quiet family oriented neighborhood, Watch Hill Boat Yard a short walk away. Watch Hill beaches and village within one mile walking distance. Neat, clean kitchen with new appliances. Laundry room upstairs next to bedrooms. Sun porch great for reading and relaxing while enjoying cool ocean breezes. If it gets too warm, enjoy the central air conditioning. Several bookshelves of hardbacks available or pick out a paperback for beach reading.
Enjoy the wide choice of area restaurants offering local bounty from the sea, Italian, Chinese, Japanese, Thai, and Mexican fare as well as the usual 'American' fare.
Rental includes use of parking pass for bay lot in Watch Hill village for duration of stay.

It's a well appointed house in a perfect location. We enjoyed our Thanksgiving stay - great water pressure and warming heat in the cold weather. Within walking distance to a beautiful beach, lighthouse and more. Would highly recommend.

The 1 bathroom on the second floor is only a powder room (no shower) and only accessible to one bedroom. The other 2 bedrooms must go downstairs to use bathroom. Very inconvenient
