About this house rental

Newly renovated 3 BR and 2 Bath Cottage situated on a large 1 acre lot with huge yard, front porch and large deck. Property includes use of large garage building with Rec room and additional guest bedroom sleeping capacity. Located about 800 yards from beautiful Watch Hill beaches and 300 yards to Watch Hill Boat Yard this well-equipped home features all new appliances, hardwood and tile floors and all new bath fixtures with washer dryer and outside shower. Guest will be provided a parking pass to the public parking area adjacent to beaches, bay, and downtown shopping area.

House was exactly as advertised. Very comfortable, clean and centrally located for our stay. Chris was very accommodating and made sure everything was ready for our stay. House was perfect. Would recommend this house to anyone staying in the area.

The house has an excellent location, very convenient to Watch Hill, Misquamicut beach, and surrounding area. While located on the main road, the house is very private and quiet with a great back deck. Chris, the owner, is most accessible and gracious. We had a wonderful 4 days enjoying the area and the house.
