Short walk to salt pond and close to beaches, marinas, restaurants, Watch Hill and more! Enjoy the sea breezes during the day, and sound of surf at night. This house offers an open floor plan, modern & fully stocked kitchen, and standard appliances. Washer + Dryer. The master bedroom has a queen bed, with en suite private bathroom (walk-in shower). Plenty of closet storage. Guest bedroom has 2 twin beds and is across hall from second bathroom (tub/shower). A bonus bedroom is available for additional sleep space (twin bed). There is a full deck on the rear of house, complete with grill, seating, and large screened-in porch. Perfect spot for remote work, bird watching, or reading novels! There is hot water in the enclosed outdoor shower at rear of home, for rinsing off sand brought home from your fun days at the beach! Large grassy back yard. Propane Grill. WiFi for Smart TV.

This house is exactly what we wanted for a relaxing time near the beach. The location is excellent. We enjoyed watching many species of birds, including hummingbirds, and butterflies while enjoying our breakfasts and dinners on their screened porch. The house is comfortable and we had plenty of space. The hosts, Jen and Brian, are amazing. We loved it so much we are hoping to stay there for three weeks next year if available.

Clean, airy and bright, this property was a perfect quiet spot for our family to relax. The host was very helpful and attentive. The kitchen was well equipped. We very much enjoyed having meals on the screened porch, star-gazing in the backyard, and searching for hummingbirds in the flowers. Overall lovely stay.
