Newly reformed apartment 1km from the fabulous sandy beaches of Las Marinas. With great selection of restaurants and bars within walking distance and just 2kms from the beautiful town of Denia.This apartment has a brand new fitted kitchen with all mod cons, dining room table and l-shape corner sofa. The apartment has A/C in the lounge/dining area and Master bedroom. It also has fibre optic wifi, Spanish tv and UK sky tv, sports and movies.The master bed has A/C and king size bed. The additional two bedrooms both have a single bed in each and fans.The terrace over looks the pool area and benefits from a toldos (blind), giving you shade whilst dining alfresco. The gardens are well kept and there is ample parking for one car inside of the urbanisation.The apartment is available for weekly summer rental and monthly winter rental.(Please be advised that with winter rentals, your utility consumption is charged additionally)

The apartment was very clean and very well equipped. Jayne was so helpful. I would recommend hiring a car as it gives you more flexibility, particularly when it’s hot! The pool is great and the views from the balcony are amazing. Good local bars and restaurants, as well as the ones in the towin and the marina.
