This was our second stay at this apartment. We love the comfortable king size bed and spaciousness of the rooms. The apartment is safe with parking on-site behind security gates which is important to us. We could leave our car there and were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The add on of the espresso coffee machine was a fabulous surprise. Easy check-in and out. Our preferred stay in Cape Town.

Loved the location even though it gets a bit noisy in the evenings due to proximity to the road but location was worth it. Cleaning supplies & coffee were in stock and we had little lollipops dropped around the apartment. It was a good stay.

A great apartment close to DHL stadium and well equipped including a washing machine! Communication with Nicole was excellent and the building has 24/7 security men onsite. There was parking available if needed. Close to shops, restaurants and bakery.
We were there for 8 nights and had a number of nights with noise on Ashstead St late at night and/or early morning construction and deliveries.
