Host was very quick in responding (we arrived at property without seeing we needed to contact them in advance). Very helpful and extremely polite.
Getting access is a bit on the complicated side, with the lockbox deep in a mailbox hole so tricky to enter the combination or open/close the box.

Facilité d'accès, contact avec le propriétaire très fluide, emplacement parfait pour visiter Cape Town (1 semaine sur place), résidence sécurisée.
Problème d'humidité (global à l'Afrique du Sud), mais l'appartement est mal ventilé, à terme cela risque de nuire (déjà quelques problème dans la salle de bain). Autre problème, pas de la faute du propriétaire cependant, de gros travaux (dès 8h du matin, weekend inclus) car ils construisent un immeuble à côté. Nous aurions préféré être prévenu à l'avance, surtout pour un séjour de 8 nuits (problème acceptable pour 1-2 nuits)
