Location is great. Room had nice view onto street and was well appointed.
TV in hotel appeared to not be functional as zero channels appeared. Unacceptable for this price!
Also room refrigerator wasn’t working and was dripping wet inside. Also a basic amenity that MUST be usable if I am paying for a suite.

Response of the staff on whatsap is fast
Humidity inside the rooms is extremely high so the smell of the room is bad, there is a humidifier but not making much difference, the AC was not working properly, the soap that was placed was almost empty.
Sofa is old and dirty we didn’t use it.
Towels are also very very old.
