Wow! what a fantastic find.
Hotel and rooms spotlessly clean.
Yolande on reception was fabulous and gave us lots of tips and ideas for things to do during our short stay which unfortunately coincided with the inclement weather that hit much of the Valencia region during the first week in March. This also meant the rooftop bar had been closed due to the strong winds, but still plenty of local options for a drink before bed.
Ideal for the short walk to the promenade tunnel walk for the elevator up to the top of the imposing Santa Barbera castle grounds.
2 mins to the main bus stop, to and from the airport (C6 service)
Perfect location for everything the wonderful city of Alicante has to offer.
Like some other reviews, as we were staying in a "Standard" room there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, which would have been nice but in no way a deal breaker.
Will definitely return to the fabulous Odyssey Rooms for our next trip back to Alicante. 10/10

The roof top bar and plunge pool was claimed to be exclusive for superior room and apartment users. Beware! the bar and terrace is open access for the general population of Alicante. Whilst very popular with the younger set of Alicante, as a paying guest it becomes very difficult and almost impossible to get served at the bar and enjoy a tranquil late afternoon on the terrace.
