Luckily, it was a relatively short stay. We tried to reason with the front desk person and asked to speak to a Manager but were told that we can only send an email.
No access to sauna, unless extra $88 per day?!!!Restaurant food hardly average and overpriced! Denied breakfast, although it was included in the original app booking.
