Perfect hotel for location, short stroll from the harbour and beach, ideally positioned for eating out and enjoying the good times in Alicante. Our Junior Suite tastefully planned, and styled were very well kept, modern and functional. All the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Thank you

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was great, the rooms were very clean. And the location is awesome. My only complaint would be that the beds were not very comfortable. Other than that everything was really good.

The customer service was exceptional. Upon being shown to my room (a deluxe city view), it was located directly opposite the lift, and as a light sleeper, I knew the noise would disturb me during the night. I returned to reception and the team immediately arranged a different room without any hesitation, which I really appreciated.
The hotel is also perfectly located for sightseeing, with plenty of fantastic spots nearby for tapas and arroz. Bar Manero is an absolute must-try.
