We took out a duvet from the wardrobe to put on to the bed. It was absolutely filthy and cleary had never been checked. I immediatly reported this and asked for a clean one to replace it. I have taken photos as it appeared to have faeces, urine and other things on it. I was told that they could take it and have it cleaned but it would not be returned for several days and that they had nothing to replace it with. I was told that there was no replacement and to put it inside the duvet cover which was on the bed (used as a sheet). I'm sorry but this is NOT acceptable and told the person this. There were only 3 mugs with handles (there were 4 of us). I was told they did not have another one. There was a small cup with no handles which was not suitable for hot drinks. Photo's taken. Lot's of the crockery was chipped and damaged. If you want a quiet time in the apartment, this is not the place for you. Due to building work the apartment is very noisy from 8am until 5.30pm Mon - Fri and very dusty. They are building new apartment blocks nearby and were using pile drivers whilst we were there. They do not work on a weekend.
