Uninhabitable Conditions and Failure to Provide Adequate Resolution
This accommodation failed to meet basic standards of habitability, comfort, and duty of care. Upon arrival, all radiators in the apartment were switched off despite the outdoor temperature being close to freezing (winter snowy resort). Even after activating the heating immediately and leaving it on for over two hours, the apartment remained unacceptably cold. A temperature reading taken during this period showed 15.3°C, consistent with the physical conditions in the property. This concern was dismissed by the host rather than investigated.
The radiators were also gurgling and appeared to contain air locks, indicating that the heating system was not functioning effectively. Although the building owner reportedly checked the central boiler, no one attended the apartment itself to inspect the radiators or verify the heating failure despite our specific request. As a result, the heating issue remained unresolved.
The host stated that no other guests had reported problems, yet occupants of another apartment informed us that they too were experiencing extremely low temperatures and were forced to use their oven, hob, and raclette machine in an attempt to warm their accommodation. This indicates that the issue was not isolated.
Given that the apartment was not warm, comfortable, or habitable, we requested a refund so that we could secure alternative accommodation. This request was refused. The host further asserted that they “disagreed” the apartment was cold and subsequently ceased communication at approximately 7:30pm, stating that their office was closed. This left us without assistance and without suitable accommodation in freezing conditions.
Additional issues included a non-operational television and dirty kitchen items on arrival, which further demonstrate inadequate preparation and quality control.
Overall, the accommodation did not meet the standards reasonably expected of a property advertised on Booking.

A great sized and well equipped chalet in Montriond, in a beautiful setting, only minutes drive to Morzine or Lake Montriond. Beautifully decorated

Balzac apartment not properly clean( spidersin toilet corners) . Shower area from 1 to 10 = 2... heating not appropriate ( living room heater not working 100%). Internet = a joke, I was not able to call my mom withvideo connectedtolocationInternet). We woke up for 2 days in row by drill machines and hammer noise at 07:45 and 08:00. Things were stopped after I messaged Montamour.

Nice clean apartment but far too small for a family of four.
Comfortable beds, nice decor, kitchen equipment good and clean. Staff did try to address some of the issues.
Poor heating, noisy and didn't fully heat the radiators. Poor wifi, size of apartment not clear and too small for 2 adults and 2 teens, sofa not very comfortable or usable for 4. Bad smell from shower drain and no hanging hooks.

Getting the code for the door was confusing. If you didn't have Internet access on your phone you would have had issues. You had to go through the booking app. Could have been easily missed.

exterior is horrible, not too far from a construction site. entrance wasn’t taken care of, ice slates and snow were covering the ramp giving you access the building (very unsafe)

The location was very good, the fireplace was a nice cosy touch and the property was comfortable.
The property was not fully clean, particularly the kitchen utensils (spoons, knives), mugs and coffee cups and plates. also the velvet seats on the dining table were not fully clean. the downstairs bathroom toilet smelt bad and we had to have the windows open for the entire stay which was not ideal.

- 45m2 appartement in een ski-gebied is voor Franse begrippen best aardig
- prijs- kwaliteit is acceptabel gedurende deze periode (laag-seizoen)
- De sauna bleek bij aankomst alleen tijdens het avondeten te werken. Daardoor was deze niet bruikbaar.
- De bedden waren niet lekker. De stapelbedden zijn klein en laag, waardoor de kinderen meerdere keren hun hoofd hebben gestoten
- ramen waren hoog en klein
- duidelijk dat er werkzaamheden waren. Dit was schrikken bij aankomst, maar we hebben er geen geluidsoverlast van gehad.

L'hébergement est situé au calme, en direction de la télécabine d'Ardent. C'est un gain de temps pour accéder directement à La CLusaz. Proche du centre de Montriond.
Ce logement, contrairement à d'autres logements de cette agence, n'a pas le charme Savoyard.
L'agence nous a informé de plusieurs activités possibles aux environs, de réductions et bons plans avec des partenaires.
Elle a été réactive lorsque nous avons demandé d'augmenter le chauffage.
Possibilité de louer son matériel de ski à Ardent. Parking gratuit, desservit également par des navettes.
Seul bémol, la "fausse cheminée" ne fonctionnait pas.

L'appartement eté grand est spacieux à proximité des remontés mécanique du LINDARET et proche de toute commodités.
bruyant (différent corps de métier qui perce et tape toute la journée et commençant à 7H00 du matin) ménage de l'appartement (à désirer), mettre à disposition de beau appartement mais ne pas en prendre soins et dommage, dégât dans les murs / bouchon de baignoire cassé, fissure un peu partout, cuisine dégradé etc.

« Bon séjour en général » on été venu skier du coup j’ai bien profité de la station d avoriaz pour le reste c’est moyen
Appartement spacieux,plutôt proche des pistes de ski si vous avez une voiture 5-8 km, literie plutôt bonne mais coussin un peu dure, plutôt bien équipé et les propriétaires sont très gentilles et disponible à l’écoute et réactif sur les différentes questions que vous vous posez
L’environnement extérieur était degueulasse le bronx en travaux, le béton ciré des douches mal nettoyées (graisseux) la télé trop compliqué d’utilisation prévoir un boîtier cromCast, la navette passe toute les heures pas pratique pour aller skier et ne pas regarder les finitions bâclé et les extérieurs en chantier bref loin du 5 étoiles indiqué sur le panneau de l’appartement, wifi bas débit bug troop
