Be prepared for strict DIY cleaning rules!

Icy snow on the paths to the apartment - we both took a tumble. Strict rules about cleaning kitchen, removing rubbish and breakages - totally unfriendly and probably issued by someone not from this industry Only provided after booking Very small hot water tank only sufficient for 1 decent shower or 2 very brief ones. Slippers were pre worn Stained mattress protector One towel pp + small hand towel Poor WiFi Has potential if these things can be improved

A great little hideaway

Beautifully decorated, so unique and cosy with the added bonus of the use of a great Hotub. Everything worked great, hotwater, WiFi was good, too. Not far from Lake Montriond.

The entrance could be better, a bit untidy, and not the best to find. The gavel can be hard to walk on in the summer months, but I'm sure in the winter, covered in snow, it's much better.

Very good, a bit complicated to find the room. The check-in and check-out are very badly timed.

The views, it had an amazing vibe!

The building is not finished; there is a lot of work going on. It needs a bit more cleaning, although it satisfied my expectation, it would have been better to not have to clean the glasses before using them.

The property was clean with all the amenities, and the jacuzzi was fun

Good location, nice views and relaxing overall.

It was a great location, not far from the bus stop into the main 2 towns. Good value for money, the size was enough for 2 people. Bedroom could have some extra storage space for unpacking suitcases.

The bed was quite small and dipped in the middle so both sides roll into the center. The shower went cold after 1 shower so for 2 people it was hard to manage this.

La moisissure au fenêtre, pas assez d’eau chaude car petit ballon d’eau chaude. Une douche express est de rigueur. Les poils de la cuisine sont a changé, la vaisselle n’est pas toujours très propre. Il faudrait relaver les rideaux de l’appartement. Il faut rajouter un paillasson à l’entrée à l’intérieur pour éviter de tout salir en arrivant.

Vraiment pas bien du tout je ne recommande pas

La propreté laisse à désirer : cafard retrouvé dans l’appartement à notre arrivée, sol et ustensiles de cuisine sales. La vue donne sur des cailloux. Le jacuzzi est présenté comme privatif mais en réalité il est unique pour tous les logements, ce qui n’était pas précisé dans l’annonce. Enfin, des voisins ont fait du bruit jusqu’à 3h du matin.

Inoubliable et dépaysant, ressourçant et calme

Tout !! Le lieu, le calme, la deco, le bruit de la rivière qui berce, le service impeccable, la discrétion, la réactivité à mes questions sur whatsapp…. habitant Thonon, il ne suffit pas d’aller bien loin pour se dépayser et déconnecter. Je reviendrai !!!

Bel appartement situé dans un chantier et sans wifi

Décoration et aménagement de l'appartement sont de très bon goût.

Les extérieurs sont entre une décharge et un chantier. Le wifi ne fonctionne pas. Honteux en 2025. Matelas creusé. Attention à votre arrivée de bien compter chaque ustensile de cuisine, car si un manque à votre départ, on vous le facturera (on nous a réclamé un verre à notre grande surprise).

Trop cher pour des services proposés qui ne sont pas fournis

Positif : Assez proche des télécabines (en voiture 5min), cadre naturel à côté d’une rivière, casiers à ski et sèches chaussures pratique. Négatif : Jacuzzi qui sent très mauvais, odeur d’égouts dans la salle de bain, peu d’eau chaude, wifi ne fonctionne pas, pas de réseau sur place, très cher pour les services fournis, accessibilité du parking peu idéale.
