This is the second time Ive stayed at the hotel. It was a pleasure both times, the room was clean and fresh, Though I didn't interact with the staff, everything was ready for me during my late arrival.
Only one issue, the road around the property to get to my room (136) had a pothole so deep that my car bottomed out.

The location overlooking the lake was lovely and just outside Watkins Glen. Check in was easy and it was nice being able to park right outside the door.
The buildings need an upgrade; there was no hot water (for an early morning shower). The price per night did not match the quality of hotel/ facilities.

The view!
Old, cold feeling room. The outside needs lots of work, especially the lowest level. Pave all the roads going down to rooms.
