The location was close to Watkins Glen, the purpose of being in the area. Most wineries were within 10-20 minutes of the motel's location. There was a beautiful view of Seneca Lake from the property. Excellent location to everything.
Room needs some improvements.

Conveniently located & comfortable
A bit outdated & could use some sprucing up. Other than that, everything was fine. Good to still see a few mom & pop run facilities. Hope they can continue to operate for years to come.

Required to pay up front. Would not have stayed there if we hadn’t paid a no refundable reservation. The bed was like a rock. Woke with a backache that lasted most of the day. Shabby and overpriced. Would not recommend or ever stay there again.
