Very comfortable and quiet manor. A variety of amenities are available, including a pool table, board games, a TV and a computer. The couch and armchairs are very comfortable, and the bed is also extremely comfortable.

There were no arrival instructions, making it impossible to figure out how to check in. We had to ask other guests who were already there how they had managed to check in, before getting back in our car and driving further down the road to another motel reception to check in. The level of service was also below what we would have expected from a place of this standard. We had booked for three adults because the room was advertised as having a sofa bed, which was also confirmed by the property. However, upon arrival, we discovered that the sofa was NOT a sofa bed. As a result, we had to sleep on a camp bed. Nothing had been prepared for our arrival, despite having sent an email at the time of booking and another reminder the day before. The staff were unresponsive to messages and rather terse in person. This is a real shame, as these issues stand in stark contrast to the exceptional setting and the comfort of the manor itself.

Nice rooms. Only had the early.. maybe do the bigger breakfast earlier by 8.

In #5 the shower doors didn't stay on the track and the shower head needs updating. Most of the holes didn't allow water to come out.

It was in a lovely wooded area. House was somewhat secluded. Our room was clean.

Interior is very dated. There’s a mish mash of 90’s furniture and carpet throughout. The interior was tidy and clean. Outside patio was a disorganized mix of table and chairs. Private porch was dirty. Boards and trim falling apart. Garbage can filled. Hanging wires from ceiling. Loads of spider webs. Not kept up. Couldn’t sit out there. Breakfast was adequate. Not great or memorable.
