We love Lumiere Villas. Back for a second stay as its a lovely villa in a great location. The villa is equipped with everything you could need. The cleaning lady is lovely and so attentive. The villa is mostly very clean. Clean towels etc when needed. Rooms and bathrooms super comfortable. Be aware the upstairs bedroom has no door so if kitchen etc is in use it can be heard from this room.
The location is fantastic. 5 mins to monolithi beach by car. 20 mins to Preveza. Affordable villa for the area. Views are unbeatable.
The swimming pool is ICE cold. Its a real shame as its such a selling point for the villa but some system of heating even to just keep it above icy temperatures would make the stay exceptional. Our little one couldn't stay in more than 5 minutes before turning blue.
Loads of construction work in the area which is very noisy. The small road gets very busy with work vans and sometimes they use the parking. This has been going on for over a year as was the same during our last stay. Kanali is clearly up and coming!

Super sauber , mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt und stets ein guter Kontakt zum Vermieter. Housekeeping war super freundlich und hat einem fast jeden Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen.

Prachtige nieuwe villa met kwaliteits materiaal. In alle ramen en deuren schuifhorren. Bedden en badkamers zijn voortreffelijk, prima airco. Heerlijk zwembad en buitenruimte met prachtig uitzicht (Andromeda).
Weinig privacy van de naastliggende villa. Keuken is klein met weinig bergruimte en minimale uitrusting. Makkelijke relaxstoelen voor buiten zouden fijn zijn. TV met weinig zenders en vaak slechte ontvangst. Wifi was bijna een week defect door kabelbreuk extern. Jammer!

Everything was wonderful: Stunning views on the bay, two separate bathrooms, so we didn’t have to share ours with them, well equipped small kitchen with a big fridge, perfectly functioning air conditioning, very good water pressure & temperature, very well designed outdoor area ( minimalistic looks) with a very nice swimming pool. The cleaning lady was very special and very keen on her job, she had indeed many reasons to be proud of.
Due to some temporary building works going on next door there was no proper road leading to the house, so a SUV could come handy.
