Mytikas Seaside Villa is in a perfect location, overlooking the Ionian Sea. It’s an ideal spot for a peaceful holiday, with the soothing sound of sea waves as the only background noise. The house is nicely furnished, spacious, and very comfortable. The main balcony is large, though some shade for the afternoon sun would be a welcome addition. The bedroom has its own small balcony, and you can enjoy a sea view right from the comfort of the bed. There are two modern bathrooms, one of which is en suite — a very convenient feature. The villa also includes a large TV and good Wi-Fi, which even reaches the beach area. The kitchen is equipped with a new, large refrigerator and stove, as well as a coffee machine and blender. However, it lacks a kettle and toaster. Additionally, the kitchen furniture is outdated, and we recommend a full renovation to modernize it. The kitchen also needs new pots, pans, plates, cups, and cutlery, as the current ones are quite worn and insufficient. The villa has a private parking space and a beautiful garden with an outdoor grill. It’s the only yard in the area with palm trees and aloe vera plants, along with fig trees, a small wooded area, and colorful oleanders. The garden could benefit from more consistent watering and maintenance. There’s a short path leading to an almost private sandy beach. However, the slope is steep, so adding stairs would make access much easier and safer. Although we stayed for only three nights this time, we would love to return for a longer holiday — especially if some of these suggestions are taken into consideration by the managing agency, who were very kind and easy to communicate with.
