L'endroit était charmant, spacieux, grand et bien équipé. A quelques minutes en voiture du centre. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, je n'hésiterais pas à revenir.

The 4 bedrooms apartment is nicely set on the seaside Pantokratoras Promenade. The sea view from the terrace is very nice, quite relaxing to enjoy a drink there at sunset. The open day area is very well appointed, full modern kitchen, comfortable couch. The apartment is structured on 3 levels: the semibasement has one bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom with shower and the laundry room. The groundfloor is for the day area: open plan living room, dining, kitchen, a half bath (just a toilette and a sink), the main terrace. The upper floor has 3 bedrooms and one bathroom with a bath tub. One of the bedrooms is a bit larger, with a queen size bed. The other 2 are very small and basic. For those looking for Lefkada accommodation, be aware this is not Lefkada, you’ll drive for about an hour to reach those pretty Lefkada beaches. Preveza is a charming seaside town though, you’ll have to walk 30 mins to reach it or drive for 5 mins.

I find the apartment fit for a family with children, but not as much for 3-4 couples. There were 3 bathrooms advertised, but in reality there are only 2 and a half. The location is very quiet during day time, but very noisy at night, if you want to sleep with open windows instead of air conditioning on. The locals start riding their motorcycles until very late in the night, I’d say they’re racing, even on the promenade by the sea. Very disturbing noise!

The property is close to the beach, nice view from the terrace, quiet location.
