The apartment was very well equipped. The kitchen was more than fully equipped. Plenty of space for up to four adults and three children. Numerous tavernas were nearby.
Everything was as expected, nothing negative. The only downside was that the much-advertised telescope was more of a decorative item than a functional optical device.

Our experience at Villa Spawn – Almost Sea was excellent. Being just 39 meters from the sea made every moment feel magical — from a quiet breakfast with the sound of the waves to warm, to a romantic evening on the terrace.
The villa is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with modern comforts, including a fireplace, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, and fast Wi-Fi. The outdoor area is quiet and suitable for relaxation.
Its location provides convenient access to Preveza.
Overall, it is a highly recommended option for a comfortable and peaceful stay!

Nuestra estancia en Villa Spawn – Almost Sea fue excelente. La ubicación es perfecta, con una terraza que ofrece vistas impresionantes. La villa es elegante, acogedora y está equipada con todas las comodidades. Apreciamos mucho la chimenea, el aire acondicionado, la cocina totalmente equipada con lavavajillas y lavadora, y el wifi de alta velocidad. Los espacios exteriores también están muy bien cuidados, ideales para relajarse. Además, el aparcamiento privado es muy práctico, una gran ventaja.
¡Sin duda volveremos!

Our family had an amazing time at Villa Spawn. The space is big, clean, and outfitted with everything necessary. Our child loved the little children’s section. Watching the sunset from the balcony while keeping warm and cozy by the fireplace was an amazing experience The village is calm and peaceful, ideal for resting. Preveza is a few minutes away by car, and Lefkada is only a half-hour. It’s a great spot to anchor for visiting all the country’s northwest Greece attractions. It’s great for visiting both the beaches and the mountains. For the all, we would gladly return.
There was nothing we didn't like.
