Die Lage ist sehr gut, wenn man zum Kiten dort ist. Es sind nur wenige Minuten bis zum Strand. Ruhige Lage. Man benötigt allerdings ein Auto, da es sehr abgelegen liegt. Die Straße zum Strand oder Ort ist sehr stark befahren und etwas gefährlich zu Fuß.
Das Haus ist modern und bietet viele Schlafmöglichkeiten. Die Managerin ist sehr nett und gibt viele Tips zur Region. Wenn man Hilfe benötigt, kann man sie jederzeit kontaktieren. Moderne Bäder. Sehr sauber.
Es hat sehr viele Mücken. In fast allen Räumen befinden sich neue Klimaanlagen. Nur in einem Schlafzimmer ist eine alte Klimaanlage. Es ist unerträglich mit dieser Klimaanlage zu schlafen. Sie sollte dringend ausgetauscht werden. Leider nur 2 kleine Kochplatten. Das Kochen macht daher leider kein Spaß.
Der Garten auf dem Grundstück ist leider nicht schön angelegt. Es gibt keine Wiese. Es gibt leider auch keine Liegestühle.
Momentan ist noch ein weiteres kleineres Gebäude im Bau. Dann wird man nicht mehr alleine auf dem Grundstück sein.
