Facilities provided were well thought out to make our own meals etc.
Lovely view (busy street below but you can pretend that isn't there as you're on the sixth floor).

Great location, well furnished and very comfortable, great views over the Douro valley. A very deluxe apartment.
We had no hot water for the first 24 hours. It was nobody’s fault and our hostess Maria worked overtime to sort the problem, which she did.
It would be nice if there were some brochures highlighting the features of the town and region.
Notes on how to run the washing machine would also be useful.

Nice location, modern apartment, wonderful view of the Douro River from a huge terrace. Good tv, internet fast, being able to do a load of laundry was nice. Would stay again for sure. Great location for visiting other cities.
Would have been nice to be able to use the garage. Had to pay for street parking. I didn't understand the pay system at first (not speaking Portuguese language) and ended up with a parking ticket.
