• Seawatch continues to complete resort-wide improvements to enhance the guest experience throughout the property.

The Neighborhood:
A variety of restaurants, entertainment, shopping, and the new Duplin Winery. Perfect for couples or small families, it features a kitchen/living room and bedroom. Sleeps up to six people and is approximately 630 SF. The resort offers stellar amenities with spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean. Oceanfront pool deck, indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs and Lazy Rivers. Come and see what awaits you at this oceanfront resort unit!
Getting Around:
I highly recommend using ride-sharing services such as Uber and Lyft. There is also Turo rental car service.

This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room, please treat as you would your home.
Your stay includes linens for beds, towels, and washcloths, also STARTER trash bags, hand soap, and toilet paper.
Umbrellas and chairs may also be rented on the beach from the lifeguards.
... remember since this is not part of the hotel you will not receive daily maid service... If you would like daily, bi-weekly maid service or towel exchange this can be arranged for an additional fee.

North & South Tower pools remain heated through winter.
All spas are operational April 15th thru November 15th. During the off season, 2 outdoor spas remain open at the North Tower pool deck, 2 outdoor spas remain open at the South Tower pool deck and both outdoor spas at Villas I & II are operational. Both North & South Tower indoor spas are open year-round.
Note: Ice machines and Pool Deck water supplies are temporarily closed
They are currently also painting the exterior walls of the parking garage.

We were very pleased with our stay at the Sea Watch Resort with Hostess Julie/Big Fish Rentals. I had a few questions before hand and she was quick to respond, even checking in with us after our arrival to make sure everything was okay. The room was clean and had everything we needed. It was exactly as pictured. The resort and water amenities were clean and the property was secure and in a great location. The view was gorgeous. We enjoyed spending time on the balcony and even the view from the couch. My one and only comment was I wish the beds were more comfortable but it wouldn’t keep me from coming back and booking this unit. Excellent for price. Very pleased with this rental.

We loved our stay. It was amazing getting to look out at the ocean and hear the sound to the waves everyday. My kids loved the pools and the hot tubs and the fire pit was a nice touch.

Great view. Property was nice. However, the AC didn’t work. We contacted owner and no one ever came to work on it or check it. We didn’t enjoy sweating in our sleep.
