We had nice father-son weekend in Memphis.
Apartment was in great location—was within waking distance from everything we were looking for.
The listing is a little misleading, however. We needed two beds and there is really only one bedroom in the property—there is a “air mattress “ I discovered after spending a night on the couch. Also, neighbors are loud—dogs barking incessantly at all hours . Basically—served our needs for our weekend.

Property is in an excellent location. Even though right downtown, very quiet. We did Graceland, a river cruise and 3 nights on Beale Street. Had a great time!!

Coffee maker on the fritz. 😡 and the stairs were rough!!! Really needs a queen bed!! Great living area and nice kitchen!!
