About this house rental
This beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bath home was Rehabbed in 2023, however still retains a turn of the century craftsman charm. Right next to St. Jude, 5 minute drive to Beale st. and close to all the downtown attractions. This space offers a fully modern, stainless steel kitchen, surround sound, front and rear porches to lounge and a bar area for evening entertaining. Great for tourists visiting the attractions, St. Jude extended families or business travelers. No parties, out of town guests only.
Uptown is the neighborhood I've called home since 2016. It is a growing/changing neighborhood with new construction all around and good neighbors looking out for each other. You can walk around my neighborhood any time as long as you stay where you see the shorter/fancier street lamps. All of the local residents are very friendly, and go out of their way to say hi. If you are heading into downtown at night, or coming home late, I would recommend driving or getting Uber/Lyft.

An older house with extensive interior renovations throughout Close to Bass Pro and Shriner's Hospiral, and a short drive to downtown points of interest. The neighbor ladies were very friendly. It was a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

The home is very beautifully decorated and comfortable with all of the essentials. However the clearly had not been cleaned, mopped, dusted or furniture polished for quite sometime. Upon entering we found very dusty furniture and floors, multiple fingerprints on TV screen and the back porch was unusable due to pile up of dirt and leaves on the seat cushions. The bedrooms, baths and kitchen were clean, comfortable and well maintained.
