About this house rental
This beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bath home was Rehabbed in 2023, however still retains a turn of the century craftsman charm. Right next to St. Jude, 5 minute drive to Beale st. and close to all the downtown attractions. This space offers a fully modern, stainless steel kitchen, surround sound, front and rear porches to lounge and a bar area for evening entertaining. Great for tourists visiting the attractions, St. Jude extended families or business travelers. No parties, out of town guests only.
Uptown is the neighborhood I've called home since 2016. It is a growing/changing neighborhood with new construction all around and good neighbors looking out for each other. You can walk around my neighborhood any time as long as you stay where you see the shorter/fancier street lamps. All of the local residents are very friendly, and go out of their way to say hi. If you are heading into downtown at night, or coming home late, I would recommend driving or getting Uber/Lyft.

Cute older home in the heart of Memphis, complete with creaky stairs. Lots of character, clean, stocked with home away from items. Perfect location, everything was a 5 minute drive. Neighborhood was nice in this urban area, lots of families, kids etc. TVs in every room, comfy furniture, 3 showers. Owner was very responsive to messages, the price was great. Would stay here again.

Very nice home, showed exactly as photos shown on website. Host was very accommodating & easy to communicate with. Property is only 10 minutes from Beale street in downtown Memphis.

Our stay here was perfect in every way!! Robert was very helpful and responsive to questions. We had everything we needed! The house was very clean and more than adequate for the 6 of us!! It was a very quiet neighborhood, too! Thank you so much for everything! Brigitte

Very cute place. It was very old so the floors weren’t even and stairs creeked. The door locks automatically but sometimes it didn’t work. The bathroom upstairs was very hot. Should have some instructions on the air conditioner remotes. The cold air was sometimes blowing directly on you. Loved the PacMan game console. Back patio furniture didn’t look so good. Host was very responsive. Not sure how safe the neighborhood is.
