Experience an amazing island home in close proximity to Mississippi River & minute's drive to Memphis downtown / medical district. The primary suite is downstairs, with a whirlpool tub. Level 2 has 1 private bedroom & an open loft bedroom with a shared bath. New carpet installed in July 2022
We are new hosts but have travelled around the world & aim to use that experience to create a comfortable & memorable stay for you.

We had an amazing stay! The home was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect, and the host was responsive, friendly, and made the entire process easy from check-in to check-out. We truly felt at home and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reasonably priced, relaxing and stress-free getaway!

Great location for walking and going to the restaurants and market on Mud Island. Close to Rhodes College, We were in town for graduation weekend and enjoyed our stay.

Very nice accommodation. Great to have an attached garage and washer-dryer. Coffee maker is a bit complicated and not easy to just make a couple cups instead of a full pot. Front entrance could use a power wash or a fresh coat of paint.

Property states it's a "non smoking" property, but there is a very clear odor of cigarette smoke in the property. The property could also use a deep cleaning on all surfaces (baseboards, doors).
