About this house rental
Welcome to this charming home that feels like paradise, with an open floor plan! Great primary suite w/ vaulted ceiling, french doors to a dedicated covered balcony, & primary bath with tub & shower & walk-in closet. Open front porch with darling patio in a right-sized fenced backyard, vacation with pets is welcome! Many amenities, kitchen is loaded and a spacious garage. Enjoy the walking trail on the Mississippi River only steps away or enjoy coffee on the quiet patio or primary suite balcony!
A gorgeous greenbelt lies along the western edge of Harbor Town, with the Mississippi River flowing by at its usually rapid pace. Joggers, dog walkers, and river watchers (there's loads of barge traffic) can be found throughout the area. The Mud Island River Park, at the southern tip of the island, offers a walkable scale model of the Mississippi, an excellent museum detailing Memphis' river history, and an outdoor amphitheater.

Welcome to the beach feel home located at Harbor Town known as mud island. This island is a little oasis in Memphis located just outside the main business district downtown, which its on the northern end of thin strip, and is a small and charming spot to grab a glass of wine with a view, or meander around an old-timey grocery store, sitting by the river is part of the island signature place.
The 2200 sq ft house is easy access from the main strip, the house offers parking on the street or in the garage.
Each room is carefully thought out with minimum decoration to keep it clean and airy but yet comfortable.
The house is hardwood through out:
King bedroom in primary suite with attached master bathroom walk-in shower and tub, with smart TV.
A queen bedroom with smart TV, and hardwood floor.
A double twin beds in 3rd bedroom with large closet and hardwood floor.
Laundry room with full size top load.
Courtyard/backyard fully accessible for our guest.

We had a great stay! The house was clean, well kept, well stocked, and very comfortable. The neighborhood was adorable with great walking trails. The location was very convenient to downtown. We felt safe the entire time we were at the house and walking around Mud Island/Harbor Town. The host was friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. Check-In and Check-Out were quick and easy! We’ll definitely keep booking this property whenever we’re back in Memphis!

Nice home in a really wonderful part of Memphis. Nice amenities, such as the coffee bar. Comfortable beds and really great air conditioning, which matters when it’s so hot and humid! It was a great getaway from St Jude’s for our granddaughter. Plenty of fun game nights around the kitchen table.
