Super convenient to downtown Memphis. Liked having a backyard. Neighbors were friendly. Usage of the garage was a huge plus!

Stayed here in May 2026. Really great place and location. Its a short drive to downtown Memphis and just a 15 minute walk to the river. The neighborhood is very quiet and impeccably maintained. The kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated the bottled water and coffee supplies. The checkout process was very simple without a ton of chores that we had experienced at other places. Vanessa was our point of contact and she was super friendly and responsive.
