About this apartment rental
Our ocean front home we lovingly call Juniper Beach 3BR, is located steps away from a staircase leading down to the pristine beach of Carlsbad, CA. This unit is a three bedroom, two bathroom vacation retreat that sleeps 7. As soon as you walk in the door the beachy yet elegant decor welcomes you to your beach vacation. When you are ready grab a boogie board or go surf. You will be on the beach and enjoying the water within minutes. If you prefer to explore on land, this home is known for it's "walkability" located walking distance to excellent restaurants such as Vigilucci's, Park 101, and many shopping options located in the Village. After a fun filled day, head back to Juniper to retire in front of the fire pit as you watch beautiful sunsets go down over the Pacific Ocean nightly.
The Space
This unit is a three bedroom, two bathroom, oceanfront unit located in beautiful Carlsbad, California. The home does have AC which is difficult to find in Carlsbad and has amazing ocean views.
The Living Room:

- Bunk bed perfect for the little ones, adorned with soft sheets, comfortable pillows, and cold weather blankets if required.
The Third Suite
- Twin sized bed with quality linens and comfortable pillows
- Roll-out second full sized bed underneath main bed
- Two built-in beds for children to sleep in
- Mini fridge and sink
- Cold weather blankets
- Private entrance to back patio

- All bathrooms are equipped with plush towels, toilet paper, hand soap, hair dryer, quality shampoo products, and hand soap

- Seating for 14 with tables for outdoor dining
- Gas grill available for guest to use
- Ambient sounds provided by a water fountain
- Hot/Cold outdoor shower to rinse off sand when you come back from the beach

- Washing machine and dryer with laundry detergent
- Garage and driveway parking available

This property is professionally managed by Haustay Vacation Rentals who will always be available for any guest inquiries.
Located along Carlsbad Boulevard known for its good beach break surf out front of the house and fun tidal pools for the kids to explore at low tide just south in the Terramar area.
Car is not required due to the great walkability of the location and easy access to car services such as Uber and Lyft.
Quiet hours outdoors start at 9PM. No parties are allowed. No Pets.

You can't beat the location of this unit, easy access to all Carlsbad has to offer! We enjoyed waking up to ocean views every morning and watching the sunset from the patio every evening! :)

We loved the place, very comfortable, great location.
Friendly word of caution patio chairs are corroded. 2 of the chairs broke on us. I suggest the patio furniture baby place.

A wonderful 3 bedroom unit; clean and well appointed. I came with 2 of my adult children and my grand daughter and we were all comfortable; plenty of room for family time and plenty of privacy when needed. The outdoor space and view is beautiful and the propane fire pit is a luxury. Communication with the property management (Haustay) was great..we had no issues but did ask a few questions that were answered immediately.
I highly recommend this property.

Owner was great with good communication and even an early checking. Location was great, the street in front of the house gets busy in the weekend but we didn’t mind. Unfortunately the beds were terrible. The bed in the master bedroom you could actually see where the mattress just sunk down and it was like laying directly on springs. The beds in the other bedrooms were not much better.
