Lage mitten im Zentrum, gute Erreichbarkeit, sichere Umgebung Tolle Aussicht auf Kapstadt, Tafelberg und das Hafengebiet vom 28. Stockwerk des Gebäudes. Gleich ein Stockwerk tiefer liegt der Swimmingpool mit Terrasse. Punktet ebenfalls mit der tollen Aussicht, der Swimmingpool ist sauber und optisch ebenfalls ein Hingucker, allerdings ist er zu klein fürs Schwimmen und meistens ist das Wasser sehr kalt. Die Wohnung ist groß und modern eingerichtet und verfügt über die meisten Dinge (Geschirr, Kaffeemaschine, Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen, usw.), welche für einen längeren Aufenthalt notwendig sind. Manche Sachen haben schon gewisse Gebrauchsspuren.
Das Fitnesscenter im 27. Stockwerk im Freien ist leider dieser luxuriösen Einrichtung nicht würdig. Dies gehört dringend saniert. Mangels Innenraum kann es mit einem richtigen Fitnesscenter nicht mithalten, aber wenn zumindest die bestehende Einrichtung funktionabel ist und ggf. mit ein paar Hanteln, Langhanteln usw. ergänzt wird, dass ist es absolut ausreichend.

Location was excellent with very good security. The view from this apartment are incredible, albeit being on the 28th floor a little windy at times.
Maybe more electrical points and a full length mirror and a better hairdryer would have been good.
