Amazing location

We had a very relaxing stay in this secluded villa. We especially appreciated the extensive welcome package as well as the privacy.

We loved the location- we actually went to hike cinque terre, with the hoards of people. When we returned to the villa, found a beautiful hiking trail just outside our door. This was an amazing hike without the crowds. The beach is a 5 minute drive. The owners left us wine, cheese and salami, which we enjoyed! Highly recommend!! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!!

The views are absolutely stunning and the location is ideal for exploring Cinque Terre, provided you have a car. The house itself was clean, well equipped and the air conditioning was very welcome. Our toddler loved visiting the sheep and goats, and we appreciated receiving fresh eggs and milk every couple of days. The peaceful surroundings make it a lovely place to disconnect from everyday life.

The property didn't quite meet our expectations for the price we paid. The address provided on Booking.com took us to the wrong location, around 20 minutes away from the villa, which was stressful after a long journey as there was no mobile signal there. The outdoor areas felt neglected, with tools and equipment left around, rusty nails in the gravel, an ageing play area and a barbecue that wasn't particularly clean. The swimming pool was leaking throughout our stay and wasn't replaced until after we left. Inside the house, several fixtures needed maintenance, including mosquito nests, both showers and inconsistent water pressure. Wi-Fi only worked reliably downstairs. Future guests should also be aware that this is a working farm. The owner and other people regularly came onto the property not only to feed the animals but also to carry out maintenance work, sometimes staying for a couple of hours. Although they were always polite, the visits were often unannounced and reduced the sense of privacy we expected from renting an isolated villa. Finally, we were surprised to be asked to pay an additional charge when a family member came to visit us. We understand the need for hosts to know who is staying at the property, but we couldn't find any mention of additional visitor charges in the booking terms and, considering we had rented the entire villa for a significant cost, we didn't feel this was justified.
