The best part of the hotel is its location. It is near the metro and several bus stations, Balat colourfull houses are just a few meters away on foot, and there are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. Despite being so close to the touristic centre, the hotel is situated on a quiet street, so no noise. You can enjoy a beautiful sea view from your room or the rooftop cafe, which has a magnificent view of the city.

A couple of things could be improved: first, I loved my room; it was spacious and had good daylight and a great view. At night, the curtains and the blinds are not thick enough, so if you are someone who can't sleep with the lights on, the room is very bright at night because of all the streetlights. I had difficulty falling asleep because of so much light in the room. Blinds are not a good idea, it could be replaced by curtains. Secondly, the prices of food at their beautiful rooftop restaurant were ridiculously high and choices very limited. Lastly, there was no duvet, just a throw on the bed. This meant if you turned on the AC, you would be cold, and if you turned off the AC, it would get warm.

Well located on the edge of a high tourist area with easy access to ferries and trams. So you get all of the benefits but not all of the crowds!! Overlooking the Bosphorus so huge bonus. Breakfast on the roof top was epic. Fabulous views, warm and welcoming staff and next level buffet full of fresh local ingredients and dishes. Worth a visit for breakfast alone!!

Very well located hotel - It was pretty easy to get to with the tram. The room was big and spacious and the staff were extremely friendly. :)

Unfortunately the air conditioning in our room was not working properly and the room was extremely warm and uncomfortable. The staff tried to help however there was no alternative room available. They were able to provide a fan from the second night which helped.
