Nice decor and fully functional. Washer in the room is great. Short walk to subway and nice and quiet at night.

The location is excellent. It’s close to subway stations, restaurants, and convenience stores, and within walking distance of the famous Daihōji-dori, yet far enough away to avoid the busy street noise. The apartment is spacious enough for a small family, and being on the ground floor makes it very convenient for seniors and for bringing in large luggage. The space was clean, tidy, and well maintained.

Communication with the host was somewhat lacking. When we asked about sending our luggage a day earlier, we didn’t receive a direct response and only got an automatic message saying they don’t offer this, which was fine, but clearer communication would have helped. I also tried calling the provided number to confirm early check-in, but it didn’t work. Fortunately, when we arrived, the cleaners were there and kindly helped accommodate our luggage. Some of the information provided was inaccurate. The main lobby door is controlled by an electronic lock, and instructions stated that if it didn’t work, we could use a manual keypad box to access a key. However, the combination provided was incorrect, and since the electronic lock also wasn’t functioning, the lobby door remained unlocked at all times. This felt unsafe, as anyone from the street could access the lobby, and it was difficult to report the issue due to the non-working contact number. Being on the ground floor, it can be noisy, as footsteps from upstairs are quite noticeable. The mattress was also very uncomfortable, which affected the quality of sleep. Lastly, the washing machine was not very effective and wasn’t worth using.
