Lots of space in the apartment for our family of four. Great location, close to train stations and not too far walking distance to Dotonbori. Staff were very helpful and easily reached via WhatsApp.
Nitpick: a few old stains on the couch. Would be good if the kitchen had a toaster. Also no elevator in the building so a bit tricky getting heavy bags up 3 flights of stairs.

Location is okay. A little bit far from center.
No elevator. We stayed on the fourth floor. Very difficult since we have plenty luggage. No dining area.
