Small improvements make a big difference

Location - great to explore Sidmouth and this part of Devon.

Drain smell from toilet.. only one toilet roll in property and 2 tea bags… could have been a little more generous with consumables!

The location is excellent and parking space in nearby carpark very convenient. The cottage was clean and cozy.

The bed wasn't really big enough for the 2 of us. I had trouble sleeping but this is the only thing I wasn't completely happy with.

Location could not have been better for us.

Location could not be better. There is a lovely bakery a couple of doors up from the property, a co-op just around the corner and only a couple of mins walk to the beach.

If the bed was bigger it would have been perfect.

Lovely cottage & central

Small & cosy, central for everything, short walk to town & sea front. Very nice house, everything you need Very pleasant stay Pub just opposite for great meals, recommend the Swan Inn, plus others within short walk, recommend a stay here for two adults

Everything was fine. Had couple problems, but told Luxury rentals, and they will sort it. The weather was very wet but we managed to find lots indoor things to do, and also relax at the cottage

A lovely stay in Cobblers Cottage

Beautiful cottage, great location right in the centre of town within short walking distance from the sea front, but ideally located on a quiet back street. Easy check in and out and allocated parking bay was a huge bonus, Comfortable bed, the cottage was an ideal for a short break, the cottage had everything we needed. Cannot fault our stay at all!

Perfect stay, lovely weather great access to coast path which I walked every day.

Super location, metres from the main street and a good bakery with the car only a few steps away in an allocated parking space with a permit. Lovely recent renovation with everything pristine and new. Excellent smart TV for Wimbledon catch up and great WiFi. Wonderful shower.

Tiny things, could do with a dish drainer even minimal breakfast items, couple of mugs, plates etc rolled off the draining surface. A full length mirror upstairs would be so useful, it could be on the back of the cupboard door. Bathroom basin is very small, although lovely and deep, but the tap juts out very far over it so no good for washing a big face !!
